Hadrat lbn Abbas (Radi Allahu Ta’ala Anhu) narrated ALLAH’s Messenger (Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam) saying, “Seventy thousand of my people will enter paradise without being taken to account. They are those who do not use spells or take omens, but put their trust in their Lord. [Bukhari, Muslim Mishkat]
Hadrat Sa’d (Radi Allahu Ta’ala Anhu) narrated ALLAH’S Messenger (Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam) as saying of the good fortune of a son of Allah is his being happy and contented with what ALLAH has decreed for him, part of the misfortune of a son of Adam consists in his abandonment of asking ALLAH’s blessing, and part of the misfortune of a son of Adam consists in his being displeased with what ALLAH has decreed for him.
